I hope you had a considered discussion about the number of syllables in carpaccio before you submitted your haiku. I’m still in two minds.
Tilly, “Braw!” covers it, I think.
Braw is a bit east coast.
Can’t think of the west coast equivalent though, apart from pure dead brilliant. But that’s a bit fake and dated.
